PLANNING THE EUROPEAN DAY OF LANGUAGES

Hello we are Ane and Enara,

The next 26th of September we are celebrating the European day of languages. There are about 275 languages in Europe; many of them are in danger of disappearing, that is why each country should encourage their citizens to speak the traditional language of the region.

In our opinion, nowadays it's essential to speak more than a language as it makes life easier: 

• Jobs: there are more chances of being hired if you are multilingual, this way you can negotiate with other businesses.

• Travel: you can go anywhere without problems to communicate with the locals.

• It's also positive to increase your knowledge and get to know other cultures.

To celebrate this big day we will record a video where we say a sentence in different languages and we will do a homage to Europe.

                                        

FIRST TERM

Hi my name is Ane! This is my first year doing Audio Visual culture. I'm very excited to learn new technological skills and improve my English. I'm expecting to have productive clasess where I get to know my mates and speak English all the time. I would also like to experience an exchange week in a English spoken country.

My experience with techology has been good so far. I think that the phone is one of the greatest inventions ever as you can do anything with it. I mostly use it to communicate with my friends and spend time in social networks.
